2. Take a ripened papaya and peel and remove all the seeds. Using half of the papaya cut into cubes. The strawberries need any leaves or stems removed. Next add the papaya and strawberries into a blender. Blend until smooth.

3. Once the fruit has been blended, pour over the ground oats and add two tsp. of raw honey. Mix together well.

4. With lukewarm water, wash your face and use a facial cleanser to get the face clean. Apply the blended mixture to the face and neck. With your hands massage the mask mixture onto the skin in a small circular motion. Avoid the eye area.

5. Let the mask set for approximately fifteen to twenty minutes. Rinse with warm water then gently pat face and neck skin dry. Once the face and neck are dry, apply an oil free light moisturizer.

Another version of the papaya and strawberry antioxidant mask includes all of the above ingredients and adding in one tsp of warm honey and one tsp. of fresh lemon juice. Both versions work extremely well for exfoliating the skin and tightening the skin.
